this is an extremely eclectic giveaway and it is for my wonderful over 200 followers.

so first, let me tell you know this is going to work, then we can discuss the rules.

this is going to be a giveaway that has multiple winners, and it will tier down with the amount the the winners get, depending on their place. 

the first winner will choose what they want, then second. first place will get 8 things, and the second place will get 6. so there will be two main winners and some runner-ups who get what I choose for them (not listed here necessarily)
